I thought I had a contract ready to go when the sellers backed out. I told this agent what I required and since she had seen what I thought I was going to rent she understood my needs. While in Ireland Lola found a new house in a gated, over 55 community for me and did all the paper work, sent photos to me and all was done while I was in Ireland.
