A CPA for 15 years, Marlene brings a high level of professionalism, service, integrity and energy to the real estate industry. Her business acumen, coupled with her interior design credentials uniquely allows her to maximize the financial reward of home ownership while enabling her clients to visualize how a house can become their perfect home.

To address a void in the market, Marlene created Coastal Dwellings, a customer-centric firm dedicated to providing uncompromising services to buyers/sellers that go above and beyond that of traditional firms. In addition to her experience as a broker, Marlene has been a partner in a real estate development firm that remodels and builds new homes across the country over the past 8 years, making her a versatile agent.

Having raised her twins in Newport Coast, where she and her husband resided for 18 years before recently moving to and settling on Balboa Island, she is very familiar with the area, which enables her to educate clients on schools, community, local attractions and the way of life Newport Beach has to offer. When working with a client, Dawn realizes she is married to the sale, always available to answer any questions and enjoys that most connections have lasted past the close of escrow.

Monica brings over 20 years of diverse work experience that includes Human Resources at Island Hotel and Executive Assistant at The LA Times. As the Administrative Assistant for Coastal Dwellings, Monica’s is the hub that ensures that every detail of our Clients experience perfect.

 

Her duties include transaction coordination, scheduling, data base management, process oversight, and general office management to name a few. Her customer service is second to none, and will always go the extra mile for our valued clients.

 

Monica is an Orange County native, and currently lives in Tustin with her husband and three amazing children.
